By submitting this Expression of Interest (EOI) form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding participation as a preferred contractor for Easebnb:

1. Non-Guarantee of Work
   Submission of this EOI does not guarantee any offer of work or engagement. Easebnb reserves the right to allocate, withhold, or reassign work at its sole discretion based on the best interests of our clients and the operational needs of the business.

2. Contractor Independence
   All contractors operate as independent service providers and are not employees, representatives, or agents of Easebnb. Contractors are solely responsible for their own tax obligations, insurance, superannuation, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

3. Insurance and Compliance Requirements
   Contractors must hold and maintain current Public Liability Insurance and, where applicable, Workers Compensation and Professional Indemnity Insurance. Proof of coverage may be requested at any time. Failure to provide or maintain adequate insurance may result in removal from the preferred contractor list.

4. Preferred Contractor List
   Easebnb maintains a regularly updated list of preferred contractors to ensure our clients receive reliable and high-quality service. Inclusion on this list is at Easebnb’s discretion and may be reviewed, updated, or revoked at any time without notice.

5. Client Representation and Engagement
   Easebnb engages contractors on behalf of our clients as part of our property management and maintenance coordination services. All work performed is subject to the approval and direction of the client, and payment terms are determined in accordance with client arrangements.

6. Right to Select Contractors
   Easebnb reserves the right to engage any contractor or service provider it deems appropriate for a given task or property, whether or not they are listed as a preferred contractor. Selection decisions are based on client needs, service availability, and performance standards.

7. Ethical Conduct and Quality Standards
   Contractors are expected to uphold professional conduct, reliability, and quality workmanship at all times. Reports of poor service, misconduct, or unprofessional behaviour may result in immediate removal from the preferred contractor list.

8. Data and Privacy
   Information provided through this EOI form will be stored securely and used solely for the purpose of evaluating suitability for inclusion on our preferred contractor list. Easebnb will not share this information outside of relevant operational use without consent.
