Pricing Policy.

At Easebnb, we believe in transparency, fairness, and flexibility. The following terms apply to all service packages and add-ons listed in our 2025/2026 Pricing Guide.

1. General Terms

  • All prices listed in this guide are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are current as of publication.

  • Pricing may be reviewed periodically to reflect changes in operating costs or service scope. Any updates will be communicated to hosts in advance.

  • Packages and inclusions can be customised or negotiated on a case-by-case basis to best suit the host’s needs.

2. Package Inclusions

  • Each package clearly outlines the services included.

  • Tasks or services not specified within the chosen package are considered add-ons and will be invoiced separately.

  • Easebnb will always seek written approval from the host before incurring additional costs outside of the agreed package.

3. Cleaning & Consumables

  • Comfort Stay Package: After-stay cleaning is not included in the package price and will be invoiced separately to the host following each guest’s departure.

  • Cleaning rates vary depending on property size, location, and service requirements. A standard cleaning rate schedule will be provided to hosts before service commencement.

  • Consumables restocking applies only to items used during guest stays booked and managed by Easebnb. Private or personal stays are not included in this service.

4. Payments & Invoicing

  • Monthly service fees (e.g., $200, $250, or $300 per month) are invoiced at the beginning of each month.

  • Commission percentages (e.g., 7%, 18%, or 25%) are calculated per booking based on total booking value (excluding Airbnb platform fees). These are invoiced concurrently with monthly service fees.

  • Additional services such as maintenance coordination, consumables, or restock items will be itemised on separate invoices. A reminder that Maintenance coordination does NOT include the price of maintenance services and these will be carried out by a suitably qualified contractor sourced by Easebnb.

5. Host Responsibilities

  • The property remains the full responsibility of the host at all times. Easebnb does not assume ownership, liability, or insurance coverage for the property or its contents.

  • Hosts are responsible for maintaining valid insurance coverage for their property and any damages that occur during guest stays.

  • Easebnb will coordinate maintenance or repairs only with prior host approval unless emergency action is required to protect property or guest safety.

6. Cancellation & Adjustments

  • Hosts may change or cancel their service package with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Should a host wish to upgrade or downgrade their package, Easebnb will adjust the pricing and inclusions accordingly from the next billing cycle.

7. Ethical Practice

  • Easebnb is committed to transparency, open communication, and fair pricing.

  • No hidden fees will ever be charged, all costs are disclosed upfront and approved before being applied.

  • Our goal is to build long-term, trusted partnerships with our hosts through honest and professional service.
